County Permits

Any time a person or business wants to do work within the Gogebic County Road Commission right-of-way, a permit needs to be obtained. Some permits have a permit fee that must be paid before work can begin. Please refer to the Permit Fee Schedule (below) to see which fees apply. Please be advised that permits can take up to 48 hours for approval.
